Meet your Host & Facilitator


Cheryl Aarts is a Soul Alignment Coach and Energy Healing Practitioner and Teacher, who is passionate about helping people heal and live their life’s purpose.  She worked 17 stressful years in the corporate world, when she suffered a debilitating concussion that left her socially isolated and unable to work.  Trying to find the magic cure, she came across Alchemical healing, which helped her fully recover from her brain injury and guided her in finding her life’s true purpose.  In 2017, she left the corporate world behind to start Willow Roots.  Cheryl resides on a beautiful six acre property outside of London, Ontario, with her husband and three children.
