Cheryl is an Energy Shifter. As a Soul Alignment Coach & Holistic Healing Practitioner, she helps those who sense there is something more meaningful to life reawaken to their true purpose, so they can live in a heart centered place and create peace and serenity in their lives. Her passion is to empower her clients to shift their energy, so they can attract & fulfil the life they were born to live.
Cheryl is a Certified Alchemical Healing Practitioner, who was initiated into the Thoth lineage as an Alchemical Healing Teacher in 2022 and is a certified Level II Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Practitioner. She is passionate about helping people heal and live their life’s purpose. In 2017, she left the corporate world behind to start Willow Roots. She recently opened a Retreat & Healing Centre on 26 wooded acres, near the western shores of Lake Huron, near Grand Bend Ontario, offering Healing Sessions, Workshops, Healing Circles, and Retreat Weekends.
Cheryl is an International Best-Selling Co-Author of the book Unlocking the Matrix: The New Codes of Ancient Egypt. Her soul has guided her to many sacred and ancient sites around the world including Egypt, Iceland, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Hawaii, & Sedona. With her deep connection to these spiritual locations, Cheryl is now offering International Retreat experiences with upcoming Retreats in Iceland, Egypt & Sedona!

"Last week I returned from Iceland and the Light Up Your Soul Retreat organized by Cheryl Aarts of Willow Roots. I cannot call it a trip as it was journey, both physical and spiritual.
From the moment she picked us up at airport Cheryl shepherded us through a week of wonder. Everything from meals, access to sites and hotels were carefully thought out and executed. Every day was coordinated to maximize opportunities to explore the incredible sites and experiences that Iceland had to offer.
