~ Reconnect with your Inner Child Workshop ~

PART 1

​

The first part of the workshop is all about connection, play, joy, and creating. I’m so excited to be collaborating with intuitive paint medium Dayna! Together, we’ll explore the importance of reconnecting with your inner child—letting yourself play, create, and feel.

​

 

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to meet and connect with your inner child. From there, Dayna will lead a watercolour experience. She’ll briefly touch on colour theory and techniques, but the focus will be on allowing intuition to guide your brushstrokes—letting colours, shapes, and feelings flow as messages from your inner child come through.

 

All supplies are included, and you’ll go home with your own finished piece of art.

PART 2

​

Part 2 is all about the deeper work—exploring the shadow side of the inner child. We’ll gently navigate boundaries, triggers, and finding your voice. This workshop is a deep dive into connecting with the parts of yourself that long to be seen, heard, and acknowledged. You’ll learn how to re-parent yourself with compassion, giving yourself the care and support you may not have received before..
